Most of it doesn't go anywhere — which is fine,
that was never really the point.
What I'm actually after is the next unfamiliar tech stack, the next "wait, can AI actually do that?" moment,
and the occasional idea that's stupid enough to be worth trying anyway.
Twelve years of product work taught me how to plan. Building things myself is teaching me what plans leave out.
Before the weekend builds, there was over a decade of product management — running discovery, shaping roadmaps, and leading 0-to-1 builds across government agencies, global consultancies, and now an early-stage startup. Along the way I picked up an MBA, a habit of facilitating workshops instead of sitting in them, and a fair amount of practice turning ambiguity into a plan other people could execute.
What that decade didn't teach me was how to build the thing myself. That's the part Pfanda Studios exists to fix.
